Happy Independence Day, American friends! We may be seeing our cherished liberties threatened worldwide in these times, but we can be thankful for the freedoms we still have, and thankful for the good gifts of peace and the spread of the gospel that have occurred over that past 250 years, in part thanks to the providential workings of God in the founding of the United States of America.
